Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy:

How do I Return a Weekend Made Item:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Weekend Made purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know—we’re happy to help! We offer free shipping on all U.S. returns, except those marked as final sale. Weekend Made accepts returns of unworn/unwashed items within 7 days of receiving your package. Please email weekendmadeshop@gmail.com to request a return. Please let us know in your email why you are returning the item(s). When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

What is Weekend Made’s Return Policy:

A return must be requested within 7 days after receiving the item, after which merchandise must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your return label via email. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Package should only include items listed in that particular return email. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or they may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. Certain items are not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase, items marked as final sale). Sets are not eligible for partial exchange or return.

For all orders, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however if you need to return your item, the return shipping is on us.

I Want to Return for a Refund:

Email us at weekendmadeshop@gmail.com the names of the item(s) you want to send back and request a refund. We will email you a return label. Print your return label and mail back the original item with the packaging your received. Your package should only include items listed in that particular return email. Please send back the garments in their resealable, compostable bag in which they arrived. Once received, we will refund the full balance minus any shipping fees you paid to have the original order delivered to you.

I Just Want to Make an Exchange:

Email us at weekendmadeshop@gmail.com the name of the item you're sending back, and the name, size and color of the item you want to replace it with. After that, print the return label we email to you and then mail back the original item. We will ship the new item to you once we receive the original item in good condition.

My Order Was a Gift, What Do I Do?

Did your gift not fit quite right? Want to find something else to spend your nights in? No problem! We’re happy to exchange your item(s) for another product or a store credit code (unless it's a final sale item). Email us at weekendmadeshop@gmail.com your order number, zip code of where gift was shipped, along with the name of the person the order was originally shipped to. This information can be found on your packing slip. Let us know which item, size and color you want to receive instead and we will email you a prepaid return label, and ship the new item to you once the original item is received. If you aren’t sure what you want, we can issue you a store credit code that can be used online. That credit will never expire so you can take your time deciding what you would like instead. For gifts we allow an extended timeframe for your exchange of 30 days from the date of delivery.

I Am Expecting a Refund. How Long Does This Take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
